Our Policies
1. Existing clients will not be impacted by an increase in premium service rates as their charges are fixed for a lifetime. However, this is subject to the terms and conditions set by us.
2. Premium clients are eligible for an additional 10% discount on all other services, such as training, BOT, and other premium services.
3. Refunds can be claimed based on specific timelines; Clients can claim a 100% refund before the service or training starts, a 50% refund before one month of training starts, or one week of premium services, and no refund after one month.
